This side dish of rice with creamed coconut, chicken stock and garam masala has a rich creaminess I find super addictive. Great with leftover curry and pakora.
This dish is yummy, filling and addictive. My gluten free chicken fried rice with basmati & sweet chilli uses tamari soy sauce but regular soy sauce also works.
